BEACHWOOD — As the attempts to oust Mayor Ronald W. Jones Jr. from office have waxed and waned over the past six months, the committee organizing the latest recall effort submitted a notice that it was going to try again.

Two proposed changes to the city’s recall election procedure will go before the voters in May. City council members Tuesday night unanimously approved an ordinance calling a special election so Del Rio voters can approve or reject the two changes.
