NEW YORK, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O: Cotización ) has had talks with News Corp (NWSA.O: Cotización ) about a tie up, which would involve News Corp getting paid to take its news websites off Google Inc (GOOG.O: Cotización ), a source familiar with the matter said on Sunday.
